As an experienced designer, I connect user needs with organizational aims by promoting cooperation, embracing adaptability, and solving problems by bridging the gap between technical constraints and user desires. Over the past decade, I have refined a process that emphasizes human-centered solutions while retaining design consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Additionally, I recognize that design focus is shifting from simply shaping interactions with screens to facilitating user collaboration with intelligent systems, agents, and adaptive products that continually learn and evolve. I am a Tech Manager at Globant in Medellín, Colombia.
Leading a modular design for one of the biggest events in the world
Multi-tournament platform built on a flexible, component-based architecture that allows each section to use the same components. This ensures design consistency, scalability, and quick adaptations to evolving tournament moments, content priorities, or partnership needs. Additionally, define accessibility, and finally, give the content editor the ability to create content based on the tournament’s needs, using a CMS for centralized control.
Generative Ads solution for editors
Define a generative AI tool for editors to help them create a fast and transparent search tool for sports videos to accelerate the creation of video ads. A flow creation assistant to guide them in generating their ads. The product and design vision was my strong part, as a help to the team to get definitions in a very limited timeframe
Blockchain-driven Digital Ecosystem
This project reimagined collaboration through a blockchain-based digital ecosystem that unites businesses, users, and communities around a shared sustainable vision. My role involved creating the design vision for this product discovery, based on the field research we conducted at Amazon and the business vision.
Design to Solve Problems
Creating a paperless online experience for users of one of the leading banks in Colombia. In this project, I helped design an MVP and account-opening flow, with a thorough understanding of the process, regulations, and business pain points, by connecting with all stakeholders and understanding users’ needs. From more than 6 forms and branch visits to a 3-minute digital flow.
Effective Communication and Scalability
This project required untangling competing stakeholder priorities for a CRM platform. As Design Lead, I became the connective tissue between executives, techs, and end users. Facilitating hard conversations, refining ambiguous goals into actionable steps.
Envisioning and Strategy
I help create new scenarios and possibilities to broaden the reach and increase revenue. I present design concepts, rapid prototypes, and presales to help companies and add new business ideas inside Globant.
CMS Design to Delight
Enhancing usability, visual cohesion, and CMS scalability for a financial wellness platform. As a UX lead, I helped empower the client’s internal team to manage content while addressing the financial pain points of U.S. professionals.

Samio AI Blog
I have an 8-year-old kid, and since he was born, I have noticed how hard it is to find content in Spanish. So, I started playing with AI and created a basic ChatGPT to generate content for educators in Spanish. Also, all the images were created in Midjourney. It is a play zone right now, but it is interesting to move towards something more profound and connect with local schools.
Design Center
For three years, I have contributed to organizing and serving as a tutor for the Design Center, an internal Globant initiative that guides designers through evolving challenges. Our program empowers designers to craft impactful products and services while equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel autonomously in real-world projects.
Medellin UX Meetup
Between 2013 and 2018, I co-founded a local meetup to cultivate a stronger UX and design community in the city. As an organizer and speaker, I helped bridge disciplines by bringing together developers, designers, and professionals from diverse fields to collaborate and exchange ideas through the event.
